“Unlike Hop on Hop off buses in other cities, you have to prearrange your stop or flag them down to get picked up at a stop. Unfortunately they don’t advertise this so we were left in the rain by the first two buses that came to our stop. However commentary was good and I learned a lot about Glasgow. And the tour operator is absolutely unresponsive if you try to chat about a problem. They just do not answer so don’t waste your time!”

“Really bad experience. It was not clears which bus line to take. Walked from cruise ship port to Britannia exhibit which is one stop past the port. Thought I could continue all way around back to port. Waited hour for bus and they said I was at the wrong one driver said I should be across street. Waited there then that driver said I should be back where I was. I just walked back to pier. Lesson learned? Just get on a Hop on Hop off and pay then, at least you will know which route you have they will give you a map”

“This is a typical hop on/hop off bus tour. There was nothing wrong with it, but Inverness is pretty small and there's not all that much to see from the bus. You can probably do as well just walking around. However, one leg of the route does get out into the countryside for about 20 min., so that might justify spending the time.”
