“The deal cost a lot. I arrived as schedule, but it took about two hours to get the suit cases, which is not reasonable but expected after the Covid. Taking to the driver about an hour after landing she told me that she would charge me more for waiting and finally I told her to leave. She said to charge e extra 26 pound for waiting and parking fee. At the end I took a taxi from the airport and paid only 26 pound to the hotel which is 25% of the viator cost with the extra. You are by far to expensive and it is not reasonable. Best regards…”
